Orders are sent with tracking and a signature required, using Royal Mail's guaranteed next-working-day delivery service. Delivery is measured from dispatch, not from when you place your order. The next-working-day service normally applies Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays; Royal Mail postcode exceptions may apply.
